Is the skin analysis really free?
Yes. Your first full analysis (consultation + photo) is free, forever, with no account or card. Subscriptions unlock regular face scans (3 a week on Starter, 7 on Premium), your skincare tracker, and external products in your routine.
How does delivery work?
For now we deliver across Cameroon: 1 to 2 days in Douala, 2 to 3 days in every other city. Worldwide delivery opens as we grow, and you get updates at every step.
Is my photo private?
Your photo is used only to analyze your skin and is never shared or sold. You can request deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
Do you diagnose skin conditions?
No. Cherise matches skin types and cosmetic concerns to products. For medical conditions, persistent acne, eczema, anything painful or changing, please see a dermatologist.
